Charlotte Carpenter has collaborated with one of her favourite indie roasters Bjorn Beans to bring you a fruity, wild and funky coffee, perfect for espresso and filter.

Each bag is 200G wholebean and is a blend of Uganda, Ethiopia and Rwanda. See information below.

Uganda Sipi Tangwen is an anaerobic natural 7 day passionfruit co-ferment. They seal the cherries in airtight drums with passionfruit pulp for a week before sun drying them with the fruit still attached. Awash River is a Natural coffee from Ethiopia, sourced from smallholders in the Guji region of Sidamo. Gasharu is a 72 hour anaerobic natural from Rwanda.
